Why do I need to upgrade to add a newsroom?
Can I use one newsroom for multiple languages?
Yes, you can. Each release you publish will be marked in its language, and you'll see a button in your newsroom to filter by language.
What is the agency package?
With an agency package you can create a newsroom for each of your clients. Each will have its own URL and can be customised to match the clients' corporate branding. You can collaborate with your team on different pressrooms. Group them all in your portfolio: a perfect way to showcase your agency.

What's your cancellation policy?
There's no need for a contract. During your first month, or under extraordinary circumstances, you can be eligible for a refund if you're not happy with pr.co.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your content will remain online for as long as your subscription is valid. After that time, we reserve the right to take it offline. If at any time you would like for your newsrooms and releases to be available again, you can reactivate your subscription.
My payment was refused, what does it mean?
Uh-oh, it means we'll have to sort it out in a different way. You can either log in and restart the payment, or let us know about it. If it's not sorted out, after a few days your subscription stops and your newsroom goes offline.
My credit card is about to expire, what should I do?
You could log in and add a new one into your account. Otherwise, you may consider switching to a yearly plan, because it's cheaper and you can pay via bank transfer once a year.
